At MOHA by Geetanjali, we strive to ensure you love your handcrafted fashion pieces, but if you are not entirely satisfied, we offer a seamless 7-day return and exchange policy. Please ensure the items are unworn, unwashed, and retain all original tags for a valid request.

Return Process

  Log into your account or visit our returns portal within 7 days of delivery to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Quality Inspection

  Once your request is approved, our team will schedule a pickup; please ensure the garment is packed securely in its original packaging.

  Processing

  After the item reaches our studio, our quality control team will inspect the product to ensure it meets our return standards.

• 4.
  Refund or Exchange

  Upon successful inspection, we will process your refund to the original payment method or dispatch your exchanged size within 5-7 business days.
